At The GLD Shop, we stand behind our quality and want you to be fully satisfied with your drip. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original GLD packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
